Tutoring: Just your basic geometry tutor Quiz bowl: Just took it up this year because it looked cool Entrepreneurship: I am currently in the process of designing a novel skin patch that can detect/read UV exposure. I have already designed for 2 churches, 3 travel sites, and a business. Service: I redesign websites for local businesses throughout my community. Tennis: I play tennis competitively through an outside program (in the summer and equivalent to a traveling team) I am too busy going to competitions in the spring so I can't play for my school. Speech and Debate: I am the President of Debate. (btw DECA is an international business organization that you can compete in.) DECA: I am the Vice President of Competition and Fundraising. School Body: I was the Underclassman Vice President (freshman year), and junior Vice President (junior year.) I could not lead sophomore year because I switched schools. Senior (expected classes): Advanced Competitive Speech and Debate, AP Chemistry, AP English 4, AP Calculus AB, Spanish IV, Dual Credit Biology (above AP level and in-person), Dual Credit Computer Science (above AP level and in-person), AP Psychology, Personal finance (required), World Religions III. (As many APs as I could take as a junior.) Junior - Advanced Competitive Speech and Debate, AP Biology, AP Computer Science A, AP English 3, AP United States History, Pre-Calculus, Spanish III (elective), Dual Credit Biomedical Science (through a local college), Dual Credit political science (also through a local college), and World Religions II. (I took the only 2 AP classes offered for sophomores - world and comp sci - scores are above.) Sophomore - (Note: I switched schools this year) - Marketing 1, English 2, Spanish 2, Algebra 2, World Religions, AP World History, AP Computer Science Principles, Chemistry 1, and Competitive Speech and Debate. (These were all pretty much required classes - no opportunity for AP.) UW/W GPA and Rank: 4.0 unweighted top 1% of student bodyįreshman - Physics, Chemistry, Geometry, Art, PE, Intro to American Lit., Spanish 1, and Competitive Speech and Debate. Planning to retake the ACT in the spring (2023.) Planning on reporting all AP scores. Intended Major(s): Biomedical science, CS, or businessģ3 ACT composite (took as a sophomore in the spring), 5 on AP Computer Science Principles, 4 on AP World History.
